The room was spacious and distinctive, featuring a coffee maker and two windows, plus it was conveniently located just a 10-15 minute walk from Niagara Golf Trail.

the location was comfortable and marvellous, within walking distance of twin city shopping center. the staff was pleasant and exceptional all day long.

The food was delightful with a lot of choice! Location: the hotel was just off Orono/University of Maine, Maine and surrounding areas and restaurants, pubs and shopping/entertainment. The staff was very very helpful & accommodating.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this spotlessly clean, pet-friendly hotel. the queen room was well-equipped with carpeting and amenities like a microwave, coffee and tea makers, and a refrigerator. the setting was comfortable and conveniently located near shopping malls and a conference center. I also appreciated being just a 10-15 minute walk away from Qualia Pizza, a great dining option.

Unfortunately the toilet in our room was quite stained and dirty. Other things looked clean. It was taken care of right away. A bit of a discount would have been appreciated. Our room was directly across from a vending machine. A times, very noisy with groups of people.

The breakfasts with food sitting out for a while. The location for Orono was convenient and great, close enough to great restaurants and brew pubs, surrounding areas, and a conference center and event place.

The staff here were friendly and quick to help with any requests.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Black Bear Inn! It was simple to find; conveniently off the highway. The staff was friendly, and the room was spotless. We checked in later in the evening, and the room was absolutely perfect. I will be staying at the Black Bear Inn whenever I travel near the Bangor area!
